but i also know joy

the joy of discovery]

the joy of freedom

the joy of youthul exuberaance

the joy of knowing that, through it all, you can still know your body

and move your body

and your mind

and your psyche

and understand

and, most importantly love

you can love through it all

trust surrender and know that you will all get it back

no regrets
